When I first posted this I was like

The quote is actually the Doctor/River from Day of the Moon, but I though it would work great for these two. I love that this piece is so Wibbly Wobbly, Timey-Whimey -- That the two first times that Rose met the Doctor take place in the same year. And I love that Rose is the first, and last, human that the Doctor met. Especially his Tenth regeneration.
